All visitors must register and we reserve the right to charge $20 per day for visitors.

NO CAMPING IS ALLOWED.

All cabins have a TV, a deck with table & chairs and a pedestal charcoal grill. Cabins are shaded but also have fans. Kitchens are fully-equipped including microwaves, coffee makers and full-size refrigerators and all bathrooms have showers.

Bedding and linens are furnished.
Cribs are available - bring your own baby linens.
You will need to bring: kitchen and bath towels, soap and dish soap, paper towels, salt/pepper, etc.
NO SMOKING inside any cabin or the lodge.

Rates are subject to State and Local taxes.

Check In - 3:00 p.m.
In order to properly prepare your cabin, we ask please no early arrivals.
If you will arrive after 9:00 p.m., please let us know.

Check Out - 9:00 a.m.

Boat and Motor Rental: Prices do not include gas.

Deposits: (per week's reservation)

Deposit is due within 7 days of making the reservation.
If your reservation must be cancelled, your deposit (Less $100 office and handling fee.) will be refunded if all resort vacancies are filled for the period you reserved, however it is completely refundable if you find your own replacement. You are responsible for all charges for the dates reserved and the deposit will be applied toward the end of the period reserved.

Guests are responsible for lost or damaged equipment or property and may be billed for replacement costs.

We can arrange for professional fishing guides.

Direct access to Paul Bunyan & Heartland Trails - over 165 miles of paved bike trails (bike rentals available).
Excellent hiking trails in the Chippewa National Forest.
Visit Itasca State Park (headwaters of the Mississippi River), Deep Portage Conservation Reserve and Wildlife Park.

Fish cleaning is available for 35 cents per fish. Bailey's is also a licensed fish packer. We will be happy to wrap and stamp your fish for legal transportation home at no charge.
