All visitors must register and we reserve the right to charge $20 per day for visitors.

NO CAMPING IS ALLOWED.

All cabins have a deck with table & chairs and pedestal charcoal grills. All cabins are carpeted and have fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, coffee makers, and full-size refrigerators. All bathrooms have showers.

Bedding and linens are furnished.
Cribs are available - bring your own baby linens.
You will need to bring: kitchen and bath towels, soap and dish soap, salt/pepper, etc.
NO SMOKING inside any cabin or the lodge.

Rates are subject to State and Local taxes.

Check In - 3:00 p.m.
In order to properly prepare your cabin, we ask please no early arrivals.
If you will arrive after 9:00 p.m., please let us know.

Check Out - 9:30 a.m.

Boat and Motor Rental
18' Lund Alaskan console boat with new 75 h.p. four-stroke motor. Includes pedestal seats, live well, storage compartments, built-in gas tank, bilge pump, lights, depth finder & bowmount trolling motor. Prices do not include gas.	$150 /day	$570 /week

Note: Any gas you bring to the resort must be stored in boat or vehicle and not by cabin. (Insurance reasons.)

Pets:

Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after and never left alone in cabin. You are responsible for your pets' actions and any damages.

Deposits: (per week's reservation)

$ 400 - 2 bedroom cabin
$ 300 - 1 bedroom cabin
$ 100 - boat/motor rental

Deposit is due within 7 days of making the reservation.
If your reservation must be cancelled, your deposit (Less $100 office and handling fee.) will be refunded if all resort vacancies are filled for the period you reserved, however it is completely refundable if you find your own replacement. You are responsible for all charges for the dates reserved and the deposit will be applied toward the end of the period reserved.

Guests are responsible for lost or damaged equipment or property and may be billed for replacement costs.

Fish cleaning is available for 35 cents per fish. Bailey's is also a licensed fish packer. We will be happy to wrap and stamp your fish for legal transportation home at no charge.
